Chocolate Hot Pots

Indulge in decadent chocolate hot pots baked in the Invoq oven. Soft, with a gooey centre — irresistibly delicious desserts await!

Ingredients

225 gr 56% Dark chocolate 225 gr butter 4 whole eggs+ 4 egg yolks 125 gr sugar

Preparation

1 Whisk the eggs and sugar together fast until very light and fluffy 2 Melt the butter and chocolate together in a Bain Marie 3 Carefully fold the warm chocolate mix into the eggs until completely mixed 4 Pipe into oven proof coffee cups leaving 1 cm from the top

Cooking steps in Invoq oven

Preheat - 200°C - 1 minute

Insert product (an alarm will sound)

Convection - 190°C – 100% fan speed - 12 minutes

Baking tray smooth non-stick

After cooking

They should still be slightly runny in the centre, if too runny cook further minute or two. Line the coffee cups with butter and a sprinkle of sugar for a little crunch then serve with vanilla ice cream.
