    Designed for demanding production environments, it replaces multiple traditional cooking appliances with one intelligent solution. With a capacity of 157 litres and a cooking surface of 63 dm², Figaro 150 delivers reliable large-batch performance while maintaining excellent cooking precision.

    Designed for production scale

    HOUNÖ Figaro 150 is capable of handling a wide range of cooking processes, including braising large volumes of food, boiling soups and sauces, frying both fresh and frozen products, and steam cooking delicate ingredients. For even greater efficiency, pressure cooking up to 0.45 bar is available as an option. This versatility makes Figaro 150 an ideal solution for central production kitchens and other high-output food operations.

    Intelligent heating. Maximum efficiency.  

    The advanced 8-zone heating system ensures precise temperature control across the entire cooking surface. Heat is distributed evenly while reaching the desired temperature quickly, helping reduce both cooking times and energy consumption. In many applications, cooking times can be reduced by 30–40%, while pressure cooking can further shorten processes by up to 50–70%, improving productivity without compromising food quality.
