Falafel

Ingredients

300 g dried chickpeas 75 g boiled potatoes 1 large onion 3 cloves of garlic 1 tbsp ground cumin 1 tbsp ground coriander 1 tbsp dried chili flakes 1 dl oil 1 tsp salt 1 tsp pepper Juice of 1 lemon

Preparation

1 Blend all ingredients into a smooth and uniform mixture. 2 Add a generous amount of fresh parsley and blend again briefly. 3 Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. 4 Shape approx. 20 falafels and place them on a baking tray with a non-stick coating. 5 Spray the falafels thoroughly with an oil sprayer or cooking spray.

Cooking steps in Invoq oven

Preheat - 240°C - 1 minute

Insert the product when the alarm sounds

Convection - 230°C - open vent - 13 minutes
