The technology behind Hoodini
The Hoodini system – ventless hood option – operates through a seamless process that ensures efficient ventilation without the need for traditional hoods. First, the oven’s fan activates, pulling cooking vapors from the cavity. As these vapors cool, they condense into water droplets, which are then drained away. The remaining lighter vapors pass through a catalytic converter, where they are broken down into harmless gases. Finally, these gases are reintroduced to the oven, allowing the process to continue efficiently and sustainably.
