HOUNÖ Figaro 100 combines the functions of a braising pan, kettle, fryer and steamer in a single unit, with the option of pressure cooking up to 0.45 bar. With 102 litre capacity and a 40 dm² cooking surface, Figaro 100 handles daily production with precision and consistency.

Fast heat. Intelligent energy control.
Zone-controlled heating with thick film elements ensures extremely fast heat-up times and precise temperature management across the entire cooking surface. The system can increase the temperature from 18°C to 200°C in approximately three minutes while maintaining even heat distribution without creating hot spots. By applying energy only where product is present, Figaro reduces energy waste, improves cooking consistency and makes cleaning easier after each production cycle.
