American Pancakes

Perfect volume and consistent quality – bake large batches of pancakes efficiently in the Invoq oven. Ideal for professional kitchens where consistency and capacity are key.

Ingredients

2.5 dl all-purpose flour 2.5 dl milk 2 eggs – separated into yolks and whites 20 g sugar 1/4 tsp salt 1 tsp baking powder

Preparation

1 Mix all ingredients, except the egg whites, into a smooth batter. 2 Whisk the egg whites until light and firm. Test by gently tilting the bowl – if the egg whites stay in place without sliding out, they are ready. 3 Carefully fold the egg whites into the batter to maintain a light and airy texture.

Baking steps in Invoq oven

Preheat - 200°C - 1 minute

Insert the product when the alarm sounds

Convection - 190°C - 4 minutes

Flip the pancakes

Convection - 190°C - 2 minutes
