Warranty

It is possible to extend the start period of the warranty up to 6 months from the manufacturing date until installation date. Please note, the combi unit must be registered within 8 weeks of the installation date.

NOTE: The warranty applies only if the combi unit is at all time up to and until the date of installation, stored at an air-conditioned location at a temperature, which is stable and above 0 °C.

The manufacturing date of the oven determines the start date of the 1-year warranty period. The manufacturing date is found on the oven serial number.

The serial number for your combi oven can be found on the rating plate.

To ensure the oven is covered by the warranty, the installation checklist must be filled in after the oven is installed, reviewed and signed by the technician.

Please follow the process to initiate the claim application

1. Submit claim request
   Please fill out the form to initiate the claim process. To help us expedite your application quicker, please provide us with as much detailed information about the issue including photos and/or video documentation as possible. Please send the application to techsupport@houno.com.In some cases, our technical team may ask for further information and request the broken part to be shipped back to HOUNÖ for further inspection.
2. Verification
   As soon as we receive your claim, our technical support team will look into it. You will receive a reply the same day of submitting the claim if the claim is received within opening hours.
3. Item replacement
   In case the claim is accepted, the service partner will be credited for the replaced item.
