Do you have a recommended spare part list?
Yes. Our technical support team has created their recommended spare part list based on years of experience and request from our customers. If downtime means loss of production for your customers, consider keeping a small, recommended inventory of spare parts.

How long will it take to get my spare part?
Standard delivery
Denmark: 1-3 working days
Countries within EU: 3-5 working days
Countries outside EU: 5-7 working days
Express delivery
Denmark: 1-2 working days
Countries within EU: 1-2 working days
Countries outside EU: 3-5 working days
If you wish to order your parts with Express delivery, please inform our Spare parts team beforehand.
Does HOUNÖ only supply original parts?
Yes. When buying spare parts directly from HOUNÖ, you are guaranteed original parts in high quality. Most spare parts are available for up to ten years after a product is discontinued.

Yes. Most of our spare parts are kept in stock making it easy for you to order parts need quickly to avoid unnecessary down time.
