Yes, you need to create an account to place an order on our webshop. It’s simple and only takes a few minutes.

When will my order ship?
If you place an order before 12:00 p.m. we will do our best to pack and ship the order the same day. If the order is placed during holiday season or weekend, the order will be shipped the following workday.
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Randers, Denmark.
What is your return policy?
All purchases made on HOUNO.com is final. This means you cannot return any items purchased on HOUNO.com unless the item bought is carrying any defects.
Can I purchase accessories for private use?
Any purchase for private use must go through a dealer. It is only possible for registered companies with a valid VAT number to buy accessories on HOUNO.com.
