Is the Cloud Solution available for all HOUNÖ combi ovens?
The Let’s Cook Cloud Solution can be purchased together with new HOUNÖ SmartTouch® ovens.
All existing SmartTouch® ovens can be retrofitted with the technology enabling the oven to use Let’s Cook.
Can the Cloud Solution be added on running units in the field?
In most cases, the Cloud Solution can be added to your running units. Please note, your combi oven needs SmartTouch® to be able to install the Let’s Cook Cloud Solution.
To figure out whether your combi oven has SmartTouch®, check the oven serial number.

Does my oven need an extra part to be ready for the Cloud Solution?
No, your combi is ready to be used with the Cloud Solution. To connect the oven to the Cloud Solution, connect the oven to the router using an ethernet cable. You can order an ethernet cable at our Spare Parts department.

Can the oven be connected to the Cloud Solution via WiFi?
It is not recommended to connect the oven via WiFi to the Cloud Solution without using an ethernet cable as stainless-steel leaks the WiFi connection.
