Which hoses are suitable for HOUNÖ PROTECT detergents?
When you buy a new oven, the correct hoses come with it. The hoses are equipped with a cap and suction tube, which suits HOUNÖ PROTECT detergents. Alternatively, new hoses can be bought in our webshop.
How do I connect Detergent Insense and Rinse Aid to my HOUNÖ combi oven?
Follow in the steps in the installation manual to successfully connect the hoses to your HOUNÖ combi oven. Connect the red hose to the detergent (Detergent Intense have red labels) and connect the blue hose to the Rinse Aid (Rinse Aid is marked with a blue label).
Can I connect Detergent Intense and Rinse Aid myself?
Yes, once the hoses are installed on the oven, it is easy to replace the chemicals. It is advised to be cautions and follow the instructions on the packaging when replacing the chemicals.
Are all detergents EDTA-free?
HOUNÖ PROTECT Detergent Intense is an effective cleaning product containing no EDTA.
Can two ovens or more use the same bottle of Detergent Intense or Rinse Aid?
No, each oven must have its own set of chemicals as the SmartTouch software on the ovens calculate the remaining amount of detergent and Rinse Aid for each oven.
