We are looking for a technician for customer service and technical support of HOUNÖ’s international service network. We need a person with a strong customer-oriented mindset who, as well, is a great communicator in written and spoken English.
HOUNÖ in Randers is a global production company with Scandinavian roots. We design and produce quality ovens in Denmark and challenge the limits of what is possible in the industry. HOUNÖ technical service is represented by local service partners who ensure problem-free installation and service of our products. You will be responsible for supporting these local service partners. This procedure is crucial for the customer’s experience of good service and a good product.
You will become part of a team consisting of sales support, technical support, spare parts and technical documentation. You will be a player in a broad collaboration with global dealers and customers. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to participate in improving our products and methods to secure an even better customer experience.
Main tasks
- As a product specialist, you will support service partners in troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Support customers and service partners by telephone and e-mail.
- Organize and execute global technical trainings.
- Maintain and develop technical documentation and spare parts lists as well as online information.
- Processing and registration of warranty claims.
- Collaborate with quality control, engineering and manufacturing in continuous improvement of the ovens.
- Visit customers for special projects and secure effective operation and a good solution for the customer.
Your profile
- You have good communication skills and a strong customer-oriented mindset.
- You can easily engage in dialogues on all levels of the organization.
- You are analytical and capable of coping with problem situations, uncover the issue, evaluate and find the solution.
- You are driven by an open, positive, flexible and informal style which instils respect.
- You are robust and thrives in a hectic environment.
- You are able to carry out several tasks at once without losing the big picture.
Qualifications
- You are an electrician or other relevant technical education. Preferably 1-2 years of experience with customer service.
- You can read and understand electrical diagrams.
- You are service oriented and give your customers the best experience.
- You possess strong communicative skills and you are capable of effectively training others.
- You are an experienced user of MS-Office. Preferably knowledge of ERP system.
- Proficient in spoken and written Danish and English.
