- 1. Take the Steamfry basket out of the oven and lay it in a 60mm deep tray.
- 2. Put another 60mm tray upside down on top of the potatoes.
- 3. Pick up all trays together and shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
- 4. Turn the trays upside down so the potatoes are in the top 60mm non stick Ipinium tray.
- 5. Mix with the semolina and a very generous sprinkle of salt, cover the potatoes well.
- 6. Add the duck fat to the tray.
