Roast chicken

Ingredients

1 whole chicken min. 1 kg .

Preparation

1 Season the chicken well with salt and pepper, tie the lower legs together 2 Sit the chicken upright on the A frame tray

Cook using the following cooking steps

Preheat - 250°C - 1 minute

Note - insert product (giving an alarm)

CombiSpeed - 190°C – Core temp 60°C– 100% Fan speed - 80% humidity

CombiSpeed - 220°C – Core temp 73°C– 100% Fan speed - 30% humidity

Hot Air – 230°C – 100% Fan speed – Open exhaust – 8 minutes
