Do I need to create an account to shop for accessories?

Yes, you need to create an account to place an order on our webshop. The registration process is quick and straightforward.

Only registered companies with a valid VAT number can purchase from houno.com.
If you need help creating an account or accessing your company profile, please contact us for support.

When will my order ship?

If you place your order before 12:00 p.m. (CET) on a working day, we will do our best to ship it the same day. Orders placed on weekends or during holidays will be shipped the following business day.

All webshop orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Randers, Denmark.

What is your return policy for webshop purchases?

All purchases made on houno.com are final. Items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery.

If you experience issues with a received product, please contact our support team for assistance.

Can I buy accessories from houno.com for private use?

No. The HOUNÖ webshop is reserved for business-to-business transactions. Only registered companies with a valid VAT number can purchase accessories online.

If you’re a private consumer, please contact a local HOUNÖ dealer or distributor to purchase accessories.

How do I create a webshop account and place an order?

To shop on houno.com, follow these steps:

  1. Add products to your cart by clicking “Add to cart” on the items you need.
  2. Once finished, click “Go to cart” to review your order.
  3. When you’re ready to check out, you’ll be prompted to register and create an account. Fill in your company information, including a valid VAT number, to complete the registration.
  4. After registration, you will be redirected to the final checkout step to confirm the delivery information and payment method. Once everything is confirmed correctly on the checkout page, your order to complete the payment transaction. process your accordingly.

The webshop accepts credit card payments at checkout for quick and secure ordering.

Additionally, invoicing is available for registered business customers with an active HOUNÖ account. Payment terms and credit limits depend on your agreement with us.

For new customers or those without an account, prepayment may be required.

Can I track my order after it ships?

Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also log in to your webshop account to check your order history and shipping status.

Can I add items to an existing order?

If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to add items. Please contact our team immediately at spareparts@houno.com or by phone to check if adjustments are still possible.

What should I do if I receive the wrong item or a damaged product?

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, contact our support team as soon as possible with photos and your order number. We will resolve the issue quickly by either replacing the item or issuing a credit note if applicable.
